How
to apply
Customers go to the nearest branch/transaction
office of Agribank and bring the following documents:
+ Oiginal papers
or photocopies showing purposes of transfer
+ Papers to prove family relationship (in cases of money
transfer abroad for relatives)
+ ID/passport (original and still valid)

Procedures

Step
1: Customers fill out accurate information on "Money Transfer Order"
form as stipulated by Agribank.

Step
2: Submit the completed “Money Transfer Order” to Agribank staff together with
the money to be transfer and pay all related fees.

Step
3: Agribank staff to key data in the system

Step
4: Agribank staff issues receipt and transfer code which has 10 digits.

Step
5: Customers need to notify the recipient of the information needed and the
transfer code. Upon receiving money at the nearest Western
Union agents, the recipient needs to present papers showing
identity.
