Is the transaction that Agribank or an FI partner transfer or commits to transfer to an FI partner (or Agribank) an amount of money for a specific purpose within a certain period of time on the basis of principal and interest payment 

Principles of conducting transaction:

• Agribank assures the compliance  of  its  lending, borrowing, depositing, deposit taking, trading valuable papers transactions with the provisions of law, SBV and the regulations on organization and operation of Agribank.
• Agribank assures that it is not subject to the SBV's measures to restrict, suspend, or temporary suspend the implementation of lending, borrowing, depositing, deposit taking and trading of valuable papers on the interbank market at the time of conducting the transaction.
• Agribank does not lend or deposit money with financial institutions having overdue debts of 10 days or more, except for some special cases separately provided for.

Forms of conducting transaction:

• Agribank conducts transactions via the electronic transaction network of the State Bank or of service-providing organizations permited by competent agencies, or by telephone (with recorded audio) or other forms.
• Transactions in VND between Agribank and other financial institutions that are members of the Inter-bank electronic payment systemaz (CITAD) must be made via CITAD except for cases like CITAD-off-time transactions, transactions of loan principal and interests payment ...

• All transactions must be updated and fully archived on Agribank's database.
